Welcome to Sahasya Diagnostic Centre. By accessing our services, website, or booking any test, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all users, patients, and visitors.
2. Services
We provide diagnostic and pathology services including but not limited to:
- Blood Tests
- Clinical Biochemistry
- Hematology
- Microbiology
- Histopathology
- DNA Testing
All tests are conducted following standard medical and laboratory protocols.
3. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked via phone, website, or in person
- Home sample collection is subject to availability and location
- Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information
👉 If details are wrong, your reports can be wrong. That’s on the user.
4. Sample Collection
- Samples are collected by trained professionals
- Special care is taken for pediatric and home collections
- Patients must follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication, etc.)
Failure to follow instructions may affect test accuracy.
5. Reports & Turnaround Time
- Report delivery time may vary depending on test type
- While we aim for fast reporting, delays may occur due to technical or medical reasons
- Reports are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified doctor
👉 Don’t self-diagnose based on reports.
6. Payments
- All payments must be made at the time of booking or sample collection
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Offers (if any) are time-limited and conditional
7. Cancellation & Refund
- Once a test is processed, cancellation is not allowed
- Refunds (if applicable) are provided only in cases of service failure or duplicate payment
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
8. Home Collection Policy
- Free home collection may apply for orders above a specified amount (e.g., ₹1000)
- Timing depends on technician availability
- Patients must ensure proper accessibility at the collection location
9. Limitation of Liability
Sahasya Diagnostic Centre is not liable for:
- Misinterpretation of test results
- Decisions taken without consulting a doctor
- Delays caused by external or unavoidable factors
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Patient data is kept confidential
- Information is used only for diagnostic and reporting purposes
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
