REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy
✅ Before Sample Collection
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled
- Cancellation must be informed in advance via phone
❌ After Sample Collection
- Cancellation is not allowed once the sample is collected
❌ After Test Processing Begins
- No cancellation allowed once testing has started
👉 Simple rule: once work starts, cancellation is closed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in limited cases:
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Service not delivered
- Duplicate payment made
- Order cancelled before sample collection
- Technical or billing error from our side
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Sample already collected
- Test already processed or completed
- Patient did not follow pre-test instructions
- Patient unavailable at the scheduled time
- Incorrect information provided by the patient
👉 Most refund fights come from these cases — now you’ve blocked them.
3. Home Collection Charges
- Home collection fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once the technician is assigned or dispatched
- Free collection offers are subject to minimum billing conditions
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability
- Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed
6. Missed Appointments
- If the patient is unavailable at the scheduled time:
- It will be treated as a missed appointment
- Rebooking may require additional charges
👉 This stops people from wasting your technician’s time.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any issues related to service or payment:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will review and resolve the issue fairly based on policy
