1. Scope of Services
Sahasya Diagnostic Centre provides diagnostic and pathology services including:
- Blood Tests
- Clinical Biochemistry
- Hematology
- Clinical Pathology
- Microbiology
- Histopathology
- Molecular Biology
- Cytogenetics
- DNA Testing
All services are conducted using standard medical protocols and NABL-associated lab practices.
2. Booking & Service Availability
- Tests can be booked via phone, website, or in person
- Services are subject to availability of staff and operational hours
- Home sample collection is available in selected areas
👉 Don’t promise “anytime service” unless you can actually deliver it.
3. Home Sample Collection
- Available for eligible locations
- Free collection may apply for orders above ₹1000 (if applicable)
- Time slots depend on technician availability
Patient Responsibility:
- Provide correct address and contact details
- Be available at the scheduled time
- Ensure proper environment for sample collection
👉 If the technician comes and the patient isn’t available, that’s wasted cost.
4. Sample Collection & Handling
- Samples are collected by trained technicians
- Strict hygiene and safety protocols are followed
- Special care is taken for pediatric patients
Patients must follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.) to ensure accurate results.
5. Test Accuracy & Limitations
- We strive for maximum accuracy using advanced diagnostic methods
- However, results may vary based on:
- Patient condition
- Sample quality
- External biological factors
👉 No diagnostic test is 100% absolute — don’t oversell certainty.
6. Report Delivery
- Reports are delivered within the specified time (varies by test)
- Delays may occur due to technical or medical reasons
- Reports may be shared via:
- Physical copy (if required)
7. Pricing & Payments
- All services are chargeable as per current pricing
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Offers and discounts are time-limited and conditional
Full payment must be completed before report release.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability
- Cancellation is allowed before sample collection
- Once a test is processed, cancellation is not possible
9. Refund Policy (Service Level)
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Service not delivered
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error from our side
No refunds for:
- Completed tests
- Patient non-compliance (missed appointment, wrong info, etc.)
10. Patient Responsibility
Patients must:
- Provide accurate personal and medical details
- Follow all pre-test instructions
- Consult a qualified doctor for interpretation of reports
👉 Reports are not a substitute for medical consultation.
11. Limitation of Service
We are not responsible for:
- Misinterpretation of results
- Delays caused by external factors
- Medical decisions taken without professional consultation
